Mixed feelings about this

The location next to the harbor is lovely! Staff members were keen to assist, going above and beyond with luggage help during my interactions.

The room cleanliness left something to be desired. signs of mold were quite apparent in the bathroom, as well as dated furnishings throughout.

The staff's warmth made the late arrival less stressful, and the option to switch rooms showed great service. The grounds are lovely for a stroll. A harbor view from the room was a nice touch. Cleanliness stood out, but some areas did feel a bit outdated. The on-site dining included delicious homemade ice cream, adding to the enjoyable experience.

After our workouts in the fitness center, lounging by the outdoor pool with cocktails was a blast! The kids loved the spacious guest room, and the welcoming vibe made our family feel right at home. The beach nearby was a great spot for some fun!

In my wife’s opinion, the restaurant should have better service for families. It took way too long to get our breakfast, which made it tough with our young kids. A more efficient system would help keep families happy.

I had an lovely stay! The vibrant harbor views from my sleek room with a spacious balcony were amazing. I loved lounging by the outdoor pool, soaking in the California sun, and seeing the staff set you up with fresh towels for a super comfy time!

Spacious rooms with great views

We loved our stay in the spacious guest room with two queen beds, which had a lovely balcony overlooking the harbor. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee in the bar area. Having easy access to nearby dining options was a great advantage, especially after our boating trips. One downside was the outdated lighting in the room. it could definitely use an upgrade.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Additionally, the restaurant served excellent food, though the service could be faster. Overall, I'd definitely come back.

i loved the beautiful harbor views and the easy stroll to ventura city beach. The grounds were nice to walk around which made my stay enjoyable and relaxing.

Great place for a family

The staff were very friendly and cute, especially Alex at the front desk. They helped me with a jar I couldn’t open, real lifesaver, you know? And the free drinks at the bar was a nice touch after a long drive.

It wasn't inexpensive but still alright for what we got.

I had a solid experience here. The staff was super friendly and helped me a lot, especially with my bags. The rooms are pretty spacious and recently revamped. Plus, the hot tub is a cool hangout spot! Just wish the dining options were a bit better. they could use some more variety.
